The first local restaurant is about 200 meters away, where you will be served the tastiest local dishes and wines for a fair price.
There is a small supermarket/Alimentaria within 400 meters walking distance and a large supermarket, large drugstore, sports center and fishmonger within 1.5 km by car.
So all necessary amenities can be found nearby within walking distance.
The house has its own well, which is easy to water the lemon, madarin, pomegranate, cherry and peach trees. There are also about 30 olive trees and a fig tree in the garden.
The well also has a water supply running towards the swimming pool, for occasional refilling.
