In 2020 and 2021, the accommodation has been completely renovated optically by the owners and is ready to be rented out for holidays, wedding events, retreats, group meetings.
A lot of maintenance has been done in 2021-2022, such as renovating and renewing various bathrooms, painting the shutters and frames, renovating and renewing the pool terrace and the bar terrace,etc.
Replaced and renewed the following in 2022:
The swimming pool sand filter and other belongings have been renewed
Totally new salt installation and anti-limescale installation
New pool edge has been renewed
The toilet pump of the swimming pool has been renewed
The accommodation is ideal for weddings, group meetings, coaching, meditation and of course for the holidays.
In total there are currently beds for 30 guests, but can easily be expanded to more sleeping areas.

The property has all the necessary amenities such as water, electricity and heating.
There is a connection to the municipal water system.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All permits of the B & B are in order and meet the requirements.

The accommodation has fiber optic internet, all apartments are also wired for TV reception and Wi-Fi internet is available everywhere.
It is possible to acquire extra olive groves and two extra houses (from the neighbours).
