My sisters and I wanted to buy a family home in Tuscany and had no idea where to start. Luckily we contacted Emanuell. We had a seamless and amazingly easy process. We were able to go from the first contact to closing on the property within 3 months, which is pretty amazing since we live in California and one of the sisters didn’t even travel to Italy. Emanuell is currently working with us to have renovations done and has been great in facilitating work with the various contractors and the municipality. During our search for a house in Italy we came into contact with Emanuell from House For Sale Tuscany.
From the start we had a nice contact from the Netherlands.
During the viewing of our house in Tuscany, he took all the time for us and immediately explained clearly the state of affairs in Italy.

We are currently working with Emanuel from HFST and we are very happy with that collaboration. He is very knowledgeable as a real estate brooker, but also when it comes to renovation advice and city council laws and regulations. He is a great sparring partner for searching the right type of property for us. Lastly, as he speaks multiple languages incl. Italian its very easy to communicate.
