Each apartment overlooks its own beautiful olive grove and the surrounding hills on the horizon.
All accommodations have their own entrance. The kitchens are fully equipped, and each apartment has its own washing machine.
The estate was bought by the current owners in 2006. In 2009 it was transformed into an agriturismo with all necessary permits. At the moment there are 12 permanent beds with the possibility to add an extra bed per room. With the current license, the number of permanent beds can be extended to 17.
In the village, within walking distance, you will find a (small) supermarket, butcher, drugstore, post office, a café and a pizzeria.

The living area of the owner:
On the ground floor: Two spacious living rooms, a bathroom, the wine cellar and a spacious barn. These can possibly be converted into a small one-room apartment.
The first floor: Two spacious bedrooms each with its own spacious bathroom, a spacious wardrobe space, a spacious office and storage space.
2 x One-Room Apartments: These apartments with a living area of about 40 square meters are located in the beautiful main building, on the ground floor and on the first floor. They consist out of a living area with fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment has a cosy private outdoor area with garden furniture. The first apartment offers direct access to one private garden, while the second apartment has a large covered terrace (50 m2) with stunning views. These apartments can accommodate 2 to 3 people.

Private land around the buildings:
The estate is 5 hectares in the hills of Montecatini Terme (PT) district Nievole. There are 4 buildings, 3 of which have been fully restored in 2007/2008. The estate can be reached via a paved road.

Activity:
Cooking workshops: The property has a large room in a former horse stable. This space has been transformed into a large kitchen, which is equipped with professional equipment. The hall is used for cooking workshops and tastings.
Mini painting courses: The current owners organize mini painting courses for guests. The lessons take place under the guidance of a , well-known local painter.
Olive harvest: The property has its own olive grove which produces an extra virgin olive oil of a high quality. The yield varies per year and averages 500 L. per year. The olive harvest is a traditional annual event. The olives are partially picked by hand and partially harvested ,mechanized with a shaker driven, by a compressor. The olives fall on large nets, laid under the trees and are then collected in crates.
Then the olives are transported to a neighboring factory for further processing. The processing consists out of pressing the olives with special machines that ensure that the oil remains pure and is not contaminated by other ingredients. The oil obtained in this way is of a high quality and can be consumed directly.
It is possible to link this to an activity, to watch the pressing of the olives with their own eyes in the factory and to taste the freshly produced oil. This is usually called “olio nuovo” (new oil).

CURRENT CLASSIFICATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
1- Private residential part, partly realized in the main building from 1750, completely restored and in excellent condition of approximately 300 m2. The (private) part of the estate is completely fenced and has 2 entrances for cars.
2- Two apartments, each with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen in the main building.
3- Two apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, are realized in a separate building (old hay barn) which has been completely rebuilt in 2007.
4- The professional kitchen is located in the old stable of 46 m2. This kitchen is completely according to the standard for tastings and cooking workshops, there is also a terrace of 50 m2 behind the kitchen, the majority of which is covered. The kitchen also has its own toilet.
5- The 4th building is from 1650, consisting out of 3 floors and in total 300 m2. The ground floor is now used as a private living room. The 1st and 2nd floor can still be completely covered according to your own taste.
6- The garage of 65 m2 is used privately.
7- For the guests of the agriturismo there is a 2nd entrance for their cars, where there is also ample parking for 6 cars.
8- There is also 100 m2 of covered spaces for storage and agricultural purposes. Here are no permits issued by the municipality,  but they are tolerated.
9- The estate consists out of 5 hectares: a productive olive grove, meadow and about 2 hectares of forest.
10- The estate is not charged with right of way. The estate is divided in two, by a closed road.
11- On the estate there is a water source in private possession. One of the neighbours also uses this source. This is not officially regulated, but cannot be changed. The water source produces more than enough water for everyone.
12- The area is equipped with fast INTERNET fibra ottica (UDSL).
13- The central heating of the 3 restored buildings is on heating oil. On the ground floor, of the private part, is a pellet stove and a wood stove.
