Onto the estate itself…

Let’s start outside the property and describe what’s going on inside this large 6 hectare estate.

There is a large 50 sqm swimming pool surrounded by a stone terrace, which overlooks the Tiber valley. The tranquility is almost intoxicating. The pool has a blue inner lining and is fully up to code with regulations at the time of writing this description.

As this is an accommodation, the current owners made sure to create enough terraces and covered seating for their guests, so each apartment has their own private sitting area. Talking about enough area, there are 2 parking grounds available. The hamlet square itself, along with the parking midway up the driveway. These combined will easily accommodate 10 large cars.

Inside the estate there are approximately 300 olives trees divided into 2 fields. One field located above the buildings, one below stretching along the driveway and swimming pool. There is a large fruit orchard, which has matured properly and gives delicious fruit every season. The current owners also have a vegetable garden which does very well, and a pine forest.

Several partially restored outbuildings are placed in the hamlet, which can all be restored further or tore down to create another building for rental accommodations.
