This is a property on the outskirts of Montepulciano, just 2 km from the historic centre, with the destination of agritourism or Bed and Breakfast.

The restaurant serves typical Tuscan food, with about 30 seats inside and 25 seats outside on the panoramic terrace.

The Land:

Currently the land consists of about 2.5 hectares of vineyards registered in the Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG and in the Rosso di Montepulciano DOC,

Olive grove with approximately 230 trees in production, free arable land for new plants or other crops (horticulture, fruit growing). scattered in the farm various fruit plants (figs, plums, apple trees, hazelnuts, persimmons). The soil is very loose and rich in natural and perennial water sources.

Production and activities: the economic activity of the farm is based on the production and sale of bulk and bottled wine, which is partly sold in the adjacent company restaurant, partly exported, partly sold to other bottlers / traders.
