Wine production:
The current owners produce around 400 liters of wine per year (mainly red wine) for the family and the restaurant. The grapes grown are Sangiovese, Merlot, Canaiolo, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia (Chianti grapes). The white grapes are used for the production of Vin Santo.
Oil production:
Between 5 and 7 quintals (500 / 700 kilo) of olive oil are produced per season: Moraiolo and Leccino olives.
