Borgo di Montefienali emerged in the middle of the 13th Century as a remote staging post on an ancient Roman road into the Chianti.
After a two-year restoration project Montefienali is once more the ideal place for rest and recuperation for both body and mind and an ideal get away from it all.
It is an ideal place to go hiking or for expert bikers. Its high point is the perfect place for the twin swimming pools. There is a 15 mtr x 7,5 mtr pool and a small children’s swimming pool. Sun beds furnish the surrounding garden and terraces to provide a great place for basking in the Tuscan sun. Pools are open from May to October. The hamlet has been divided into 20 properties. The garden, the church, parking and 2 pools are shared among all guests.

The current owner rents the house (out of own use) for approximately € 7,500 net per year to the holidaymaker.
The service costs of the owner are € 100 per month; that is for the maintenance of the entire park, large swimming pool, children’s pool, parking, streets and alleys, outdoor lighting, etc.
There is a small shop in the Borgo for the delicious Tuscan products.
