The property has 4 apartments and a private living area:
Each apartment overlooks its own beautiful olive grove and the surrounding hills on the horizon.
All accommodations have their own entrance. The kitchens are fully equipped, and each apartment has its own washing machine.
The estate was bought by the current owners in 2006. In 2009 it was transformed into an agriturismo with all necessary permits. At the moment there are 12 permanent beds with the possibility to add an extra bed per room.
With the current license, the number of permanent beds can be extended to 17.

In the village, within walking distance, you will find a (small) supermarket, butcher, drugstore, post office, a café and a pizzeria.

The living area of the owner:
On the ground floor: Two spacious living rooms, a bathroom, the wine cellar and a spacious barn. These can possibly be converted into a small one-room apartment.
The first floor: Two spacious bedrooms each with its own spacious bathroom, a spacious wardrobe space, a spacious office and storage space.

2 x One-Room Apartments: These apartments with a living area of about 40 square meters are located in the beautiful main building, on the ground floor and on the first floor. They consist out of a living area with fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment has a cosy private outdoor area with garden furniture. The first apartment offers direct access to one private garden, while the second apartment has a large covered terrace (50 m2) with stunning views. These apartments can accommodate 2 to 3 people.

Each apartment is equipped with washing machine, TV, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and free Wi-Fi Internet.

2 x Two-room apartments:
These apartments with a living area of about 80 square meters are located in the completely rebuilt former old barn. One on the ground floor with spacious covered terrace of more than 20 m2. The second on the first floor and has its own private covered terrace of more than 30 m2.
Both consist of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Each apartment has a cosy private outdoor area with garden furniture. These apartments can accommodate 4 to 6 people.

The apartment on the ground floor is also accessible for disabled.

Each apartment is equipped with washing machine, TV, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and free Wi-Fi Internet.

Three Apartments to create:

There is still more than 300 m2 in total to create three spacious apartments. Two with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, living room with kitchen and one with a bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom.
The property has been completely renovated and new floors have been laid and the roof has been completely renovated. The inside is still hull and can be arranged according to your own taste and needs.

Swimming pool:
The very attractive swimming pool of 9.70 x 3.90 meters was built in 2015 and is accessible to all guests.

Restaurant / workshops kitchen:
The professional (industrial) kitchen is located in the former stable and is about 50 m2 in size. This kitchen is completely according to the standard for tastings and cooking workshops. The restaurant has its own terrace with panoramic views over the olive grove and the Tuscan farmlands. The terrace is more than 50 m2, the largest part is covered.

Other area’s:
There are different areas that are used as car garages, storage of the (own) water installations, central heating, laundry room and a large space for the storage of olives and machinery.

Private land around the buildings:
The estate have 1.7 hectares (4 acre) land in the hills of Montecatini Terme (PT) district Nievole. There are 4 buildings, 3 of which have been fully restored in 2007/2008. The estate can be reached via a paved road.
