The Monte Argentario is one of Italy’s most unspoiled, beautiful and exclusive residential areas.

The static of the Villa was done by one of Italy’s most prominent building engineers, Professor Meardi of the Milan University. The House is built on base rock and the entire sea front side has been secured with 56 reinforced concrete pilings reaching 30 meters down to sea level. The Tuscan style architecture was conceived by the Florentine Architect Canepari and its finishes reflect the stone, the tiles, the wood and colours of the region.

The main house exceeds 315 square meters in living space. Its construction, and partially covered terraces, exceed 300 sqm. The house consists of one master bedroom suite, and three guest room suites all with private bathroom. The house has an excellent central oil heating system and the master bedroom has air-conditioning.

An attractive restaurant overlooking the pool is open between June 15th and September 15th. As the owner prefers the sea for swimming, he has not built a swimming pool, swimming pool permits are extremely difficult to obtain.

There are stairs down to the sea. An area in front of the Guests apartment terrace has been statically prepared for a pool in case of requirement and a permit. This is a unique landmark property which can never be matched.
