The property where the 6 apartments are located is an ancient farmhouse, completely and carefully restored respecting the rural Tuscan style, is divided into 3 floors.
All apartments have a kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower. The ceilings have exposed beams or brick vaults. The rooms are large and bright, and the windows offer beautiful views of the countryside. The 5 apartments for accommodation are furnished in Tuscan style. Only the master apartment will be sold without the furniture.

Wine and olive oil produced by the farm:
The farm covers an area of 7 hectares and is located 300 metres above sea level, on the hills south-west of Florence.
There are about 500 olive trees and a vineyard about 1 hectare large.
The wine production cycle is entirely managed by the farm, where the grapes are grown, and where the vinification process and subsequent wine aging and bottling take place. Annual production is 4500 bottles of Chianti DOCG and 1000 bottles of IGP wines.
The current owners grow the olive trees and do the harvest in November and bring them to the olive oil mill to produce a top-quality extra virgin olive oil. The annual production of extra virgin olive oil is around 1200-1500 litres per year.
The five apartments have been completely renovated, decorated, and furnished with Tuscan taste. The current owners have paid attention to every detail with the desire to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere just like being at home.
The rooms are spacious and bright with large windows overlooking the Chianti hillside and the ceilings are all wood or with red clay arches and the floors are paved with cotto tiles from Impruneta.
